  • Add 1 cup of almond milk into a pot, and mix in the brown guinea corn powder until completely dissolved.

  • Heat the mixture on medium-low heat, stirring continually in a circular motion to avoid lumps from forming. As the mixture thickens, reduce the heat to low, and add the remaining 1/2 cup of almond milk gradually; continue to stir the mixture until it thickens to the desired consistency.

  • Serve hot or cold; top with Arewa Baobab fruit powder, chia seeds, flax seeds, fresh raspberries and a drizzle of raw honey. Enjoy.
